1. Nature of Service

Signal8.eu ("Signal8", "we", "us", "our") operates as an IPTV reseller infrastructure provider. We provide technical access to IPTV server platforms including Totaal TV, Diamond, and Tivione through our reseller panel service.

Signal8.eu does not produce, host, broadcast, or store any media content. We act solely as a technical intermediary providing access to third-party IPTV server infrastructure.

2. User Responsibility

By purchasing an IPTV subscription or reseller panel from Signal8.eu, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for verifying that the IPTV content accessible through your subscription complies with the copyright and broadcasting laws in your country of residence.
IPTV services and content availability vary by region. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal right to access specific content in your jurisdiction.
You will not use our service to access, distribute, or rebroadcast content for which you do not have the appropriate rights or licences.
Commercial resellers are responsible for ensuring their customers comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. No Warranty

Signal8.eu provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The continuous availability or uptime of any IPTV server
The legality of specific content accessible through the IPTV platforms we resell
Compatibility with all devices or applications
Uninterrupted, error-free service

IPTV server availability and channel line-ups are determined by the server operators and may change without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signal8.eu shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Content unavailability due to third-party server downtime
Any legal action brought against you by third parties in connection with your use of IPTV services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Signal8.eu in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency.
Prices are listed in EUR for reference purposes. The equivalent cryptocurrency amount at the time of transaction applies.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be available for Diamond and Tivione reseller panels — see our FAQ for conditions. Totaal TV does not offer refunds.
Credits do not expire and carry no cash value.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

Signal8.eu reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our service if:

We reasonably suspect illegal or fraudulent use
Payment is not received or is reversed
You breach any term of this disclaimer
We are required to do so by law or a competent authority

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Signal8.eu website (text, logos, graphics, design) is the property of Signal8.eu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Signal8.eu ("Signal8", "wij", "ons", "onze") opereert als aanbieder van IPTV-reseller infrastructuur. Wij bieden technische toegang tot IPTV-serverplatforms, waaronder Totaal TV, Diamond en Tivione, via onze resellerpaneldienst.

Signal8.eu produceert, host, zendt of slaat geen mediacontent op. Wij fungeren uitsluitend als technisch tussenpersoon die toegang biedt tot IPTV-serverinfrastructuur van derden.

2. Verantwoordelijkheid van de Gebruiker

Door een IPTV-abonnement of resellerpanel te kopen bij Signal8.eu, erkent en stemt u ermee in dat:

U zelf verantwoordelijk bent voor het verifiëren dat de IPTV-content die via uw abonnement toegankelijk is, voldoet aan de auteursrecht- en omroepwetgeving in uw land van verblijf.
IPTV-diensten en de beschikbaarheid van content per regio verschillen. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat u het wettelijk recht heeft om specifieke content in uw rechtsgebied te bekijken.
U onze dienst niet zult gebruiken om content te bekijken, te verspreiden of opnieuw uit te zenden waarvoor u niet de juiste rechten of licenties heeft.
Commerciële resellers verantwoordelijk zijn voor het naleven van alle toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving door hun klanten.

3. Geen Garantie

Signal8.eu levert haar diensten op "as is"- en "as available"-basis. Wij geven geen garanties, uitdrukkelijk of impliciet, met betrekking tot:

De continue beschikbaarheid of uptime van een IPTV-server
De rechtmatigheid van specifieke content die toegankelijk is via de IPTV-platforms die wij doorverkopen
Compatibiliteit met alle apparaten of applicaties
Ononderbroken, foutloze dienstverlening

De beschikbaarheid van IPTV-servers en kanalenlijsten worden bepaald door de serveroperators en kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving wijzigen.

4. Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover toegestaan door het toepasselijk recht, is Signal8.eu niet aansprakelijk voor:

Indirecte, incidentele, bijzondere of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit uw gebruik van onze dienst
Verlies van winst, gegevens of zakelijke kansen
Niet-beschikbaarheid van content vanwege downtime van servers van derden
Juridische stappen die door derden tegen u worden ondernomen in verband met uw gebruik van IPTV-diensten

Onze totale aansprakelijkheid zal het bedrag dat u in de 12 maanden voorafgaand aan de claim aan Signal8.eu heeft betaald, niet overschrijden.

5. Betalingsvoorwaarden

Alle betalingen worden uitsluitend in cryptocurrency verwerkt.
Prijzen worden in EUR vermeld als referentie. Het equivalente bedrag in cryptocurrency op het moment van de transactie is van toepassing.
Alle verkopen zijn definitief, tenzij anders vermeld. Terugbetalingen kunnen mogelijk zijn voor Diamond- en Tivione-resellerpanelen — zie onze FAQ voor de voorwaarden. Totaal TV biedt geen terugbetalingen aan.
Credits verlopen niet en hebben geen contante waarde.

6. Opschorting en Beëindiging van de Dienst

Signal8.eu behoudt zich het recht voor om de toegang tot onze dienst op te schorten of te beëindigen indien:

Wij redelijkerwijs illegaal of frauduleus gebruik vermoeden
Betaling niet wordt ontvangen of wordt teruggedraaid
U een voorwaarde van deze disclaimer schendt
Wij daartoe verplicht zijn door de wet of een bevoegde autoriteit

7. Intellectueel Eigendom

Alle content op de website van Signal8.eu (tekst, logo's, afbeeldingen, ontwerp) is eigendom van Signal8.eu en wordt beschermd door de toepasselijke intellectuele eigendomsrechten. U mag niets reproduceren, verspreiden of afgeleide werken maken zonder onze uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming.
